§1 Scope of Application and Definitions

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

§2 Conclusion of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text

(1) The following regulations regarding the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed via our online shop https://www.opis-tech.com .

We confirm receipt of the order immediately with an automatically generated email ("Order Confirmation"). With this, we accept your offer.

(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online shop: We will send you the order data and our Terms and Conditions by email. You can also view the Terms and Conditions at any time at https://www.opis-tech.com. For security reasons, your order data is no longer accessible via the internet.

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Maturity

(1) The stated prices include statutory value-added tax and other price components. Any shipping costs are added.

(2) The consumer has the option of paying in advance or via PayPal.

(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, they undertake to pay the purchase price immediately after the conclusion of the contract.

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery takes place here within 20 working days at the latest. In the case of payment in advance, the deadline for delivery begins on the day after the payment order to the bank commissioned with the transfer and for all other payment methods on the day after the conclusion of the contract. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item does not pass to the buyer until the item is handed over to the buyer, even in the case of a sale involving the carriage of goods.

§5 Retention of Title

We reserve ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

We will bear the cost of returning the goods.
