centre dial

This may seem a small problem but I recently received this phone as a gift and am very pleased with it. I really, really want it to have one of those retro centre dials with the emergency numbers on. So.e people have said in reviews that they received one with phone but I did not . I have seen pictures of the phone with one inserted. Can you send me one or can I get one from somewhere please? Thank you
