Battery Problem?

Hi,
I've been using the Opis 60s mobile for 6 months now and really enjoy it. I find it very relaxing to have to dial the "slow way" and it puts me in tune with the phone call.
Unfortunately, my 60s mobile has now started to ring low power very often (the three short rings) and the low battery lamp is constantly flashing. Without a power connection it lasts just a few minutes before the phone goes dead.
What can I do? Can you send me a new battery? Can I replace the battery myself?

our apologies for the problems you are experiencing with one of our products.
While it sounds like your problem may indeed be a battery issue and we could send you a spare for replacement, we believe it is safer to send in the phone for analysis and repair (after all, it might be the charger, etc.). In this way, we can guarantee that you will have a working phone in the shortest possible time.
Please send us an email at contact@opis-tech.com and we will let you have a free return slip. We will then either fix or replace your phone and send it back as soon as possible.
