Yes I would like to receive a replacement
I will be returning the defective unit tomorrow using the prepaid label that you provided earlier today
I am sorry we could not correct the fault which is clearly the the little knobs not moving so as to allow connection
Your e mail this afternoon stated that you would issue a replacement once I confirmed I had despatched the return
I will confirm tomorrow once this is done and ask that you immediately send a replacement
