the headset does not work with my Nokia C7 (it does work with my friend's Galaxy). What can I do? Is there a phone setting I can change to make it work?
unfortunately, the Nokia phones have a different audio standard than other smartphones. It is however possible to make the 60s micro work with the Nokia C7 by using an adapter.
