Every order includes a custom-branded dial insert at no extra cost. Send us your logo with the quote request and we'll mock it up for approval before production.
What's actually possible?
For technical and procurement staff: here's what we can do, in detail.
Faceplate & dial-insert printing
Standard turnaround: vector logo (SVG/AI/EPS preferred) printed onto the dial-insert paper, sealed under the perspex disc on rotary models or onto the keymat overlay on push-button models. CMYK or 1-colour spot. Minimum order quantity: 1 (for sample), 10+ for production.
Custom paint & powder coat finishes
RAL or Pantone-matched powder coat available on metal-bodied models (1921 Real Wood, 60s Classic, Funkyfon, Wallfon). Lead time approx. 4–6 weeks. Plastic-bodied models (Pushmefon, Business) accept high-temperature paint matching for projects of 50+ units.
Speed-dial & key labelling
Up to 8 speed-dial keys can be pre-programmed. We accept your number list as CSV. For Pushmefon/Wallfon/Business models we can also supply a custom-printed key overlay (e.g. Reception, Spa, Restaurant, Housekeeping) in your typeface.
Hardware modifications
Past projects have included: ringer-volume locks for noise-sensitive properties, alternate hookswitch mechanisms for unusual furniture mounts, hardwired emergency-call buttons, custom cable lengths and colours. Any modification at scale is feasible — please describe your requirement on the quote form.
Lead times & minimum quantities
Standard customisation (faceplates, programmed numbers): in stock, ships in 5–10 working days. Extended customisation (custom colour, hardware mods): 4–8 weeks depending on scope. There is no minimum order quantity for the standard collection — every project, from a 5-room boutique to a 500-room flagship, gets the same level of attention.
