What's possible when customising a vintage hotel phone?
For technical and procurement staff specifying classic telephones for the hospitality industry: here's what we can do, in detail.
Faceplate & dial-insert printing
Standard turnaround: vector logo (SVG/AI/EPS preferred) printed onto the dial-insert paper, sealed under the perspex disc on rotary telephone models or onto the keymat overlay on push-button models. CMYK or 1-colour spot. Minimum order quantity: 1 (for sample), 10+ for production.
Custom paint & powder-coat finishes
RAL or Pantone-matched powder coat available on plastic-bodied retro phone models (60s Classic, Funkyfon, Wallfon, Pushmefon). Lead time approx. 4 months. For projects of 200+ units.
Speed-dial & key labelling
Up to 90 speed-dial keys can be pre-programmed on each hospitality telephone. We accept your guest number list as CSV.
Hardware modifications
Past vintage telephone projects have included: ringer changes, custom wood phone bodies, hardwired emergency-call buttons, silk print on plastic parts, custom cable lengths and colours. Any modification at scale is feasible — please describe your requirement on the quote form.
Lead times & minimum quantities
Standard customisation (faceplates, programmed numbers): in stock, ships in 15 working days. Extended customisation (custom colour, hardware mods): 4 months depending on scope and factory schedule. There is no minimum order quantity for the standard collection — every hospitality project, from a 5-room boutique hotel to a 500-room flagship, gets the same level of attention.
